Media training and personality development
Success in esports requires not only outstanding performance in the game, but also a strong and authentic public image. To help our talents develop this skill, we run workshops with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and influencers on social media, interview training, media skills and value orientation. These training sessions are designed to show talents how they can use their platforms to advance their careers, represent their values and establish themselves as role models in esports. The right media presence is thus not seen as a burden, but as a valuable opportunity to strengthen one’s own brand and promote one’s career in the long term.
Parents counseling
Parents of esports talent often face the challenge of keeping track of the world of gaming and esports. However, parents’ knowledge and understanding of these fields is crucial in order to provide the best possible support for young talents on their career path. In collaboration with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and our enabling partner Deutsche Telekom AG, we offer programs specifically for parents of esport talent. This initiative promotes an understanding of esports and responsible gaming so that parents can not only actively support their children in their careers, but also act as valuable contacts in their families and communities.
We educate the parents of our talents about the opportunities and risks of a career in esports and accompany them on their children’s journey. Together, we create a positive environment that fosters the desire to pursue a career as a competitive athlete.
Tax, Financial and Business Coaching
The transition from young talent to professional eSports player means adjusting not only to the demands of the game, but also to the financial and legal aspects of professional life. Tax filings, contract negotiations, and sponsorship deals are the first steps in a professional career for many, but can be complex and challenging.
We offer our expertise and professional support to many talents who are winning prize money for the first time or earning income as a streamer.
Established professionals who compete internationally and earn prize money in multiple countries often face additional challenges with tax filing and financial management. We offer professional assistance to help them manage their finances correctly and efficiently. Legal and contract experts are on hand to ensure that all legal aspects of their esports careers are covered and that they enter into fair and transparent agreements.
