Our in-game coaching is aimed at Esports talents in different stages of development. From the first steps in organized and competitive gaming to the optimization of the professional level, we accompany players from all over Europe. Our coaches are trained to consider the individual needs and everyday situations of our talents. The training is adapted to the respective role in the game in order to work on specific weaknesses and strengths.
Working with professionals and teams
For players who are already active in professional teams, the coaching is done exclusively in consultation with the team coaches and management. Our goal is to support existing structures and to integrate the talents into their respective teams. As an esports foundation, we primarily pursue the interests of the talents we support – we are not affiliated with any other organization.
Goal-oriented training and independence
In addition to direct coaching, we focus on sustainable development through target agreements. These help the players to design their own training sessions in a targeted and efficient way. In this way we create a balance between guided training and independent development.
