The esports player foundation is a not-for-profit institution that focuses exclusively on the development and welfare of esports talent and top performers. Our wide range of services supports all components of a professional career as an Esports player. The access to our resources is free for the talents. However, the talents commit themselves to work purposefully on their careers and to stand up for our values: performance, respect and fair play.
For each of our talents, a personalized package of services is created based on several meetings between the talent and the development coordinator. Our package is dynamic and includes in-game coaching, sports psychology and hardware support as well as other in-game performance enhancements.
We do not only focus on the development of sports-related skills. The talents of the esportplayer foundation convince through their strong personality and character. Through workshops, regular mentoring and bootcamps, we support the personal and career development of the players.
